Fantastic, everything we needed, great host and perfect location

Only downside is the stairs to get up to the apartment

Nothing significant however iron and ironing board would have been useful

It s so central. Isabella was very friendly,very helpful and kind. Apartment was so clean and well equipped.

Nothing everything went smoothly

The apartment was spacious and very clean. Isabella was amazing! She took the time to help us track down wine left behind in a taxi. We were able to locate the wine!

The towels could very thin and could be upgraded.

Excellent host to communicate for any questions

Isabelle was very prompt with any questions, the apartment was clean, with a fantastic location.

Very convenient location to Piazza Maggiore and close to the weekday bus route to the station. The apartment is well set up. The lighting is good especially the kitchen. Having windows on two sides of the apartment was good for ventilation. Isabella supplied useful information, a fresh Bologna map and some other items you don't usually see in apartments like sticky tape and rubber bands. A change of linen being provided was very welcome.

No really significant dislikes. The foam pillows are probably good to reduce any allergy, but we didn't find them particularly comfortable. The stairs from the main level down to the kitchen and up to the bathroom were something two 76 year olds had to always be careful of, and this was a little annoying.
