Beautiful villa in a lovely park. Quiet residential area only 4min walk from busy old town. Super convenient and welcoming apartment. Coffee , tea available on each floor . Very nice staff. And parking.

The villa itself and spacious apartment for a family of 4. Facilities for coffee and tea. Close to center. Parking facilities although you need to pay. Staff friendly

The room is spacious with all the necessary amenities. The view is great. We also like that we have our own kitchen to make dinner

Nothing, just note that it requires a little leisure walk from the train/bus station. But the view and surrounding of villa anita makes it worthwhile!

"We love Villa Anita in Bolzano. We have stayed twice now and it is very clean, quiet and secure."

We love Villa Anita Apartments in Bolzano. We have stayed there twice now, once in an apartment and once in a very large double bedroom. While it's not luxurious with 5 star gold plated taps, it is perfect for a stay in Bolzano hence I rate it's suitability at 10/10. It is very clean and the large apartment is well equipped with fridge and cooking facilities, and even the large bedroom had access to a fridge, jug and microwave in the common area. It is about 700 metres from the town but well worth the walk because it has a lovely garden setting and is very quiet and secure. The manager Giorgio was very obliging and stored our suitcase in between visits while were were hiking in the Dolomites. We would highly recommend Villa Anita Apartments.

Nothing to do with Villa Anita but it was 37°C while we were in Bolzano in the middle of a heatwave.
