"A comfortable, pretty, and convenient studio room."

The loft was comfortable, pretty and very convenient for the historic center and the bus and train stations. We were very happy to stay there. Alessandra was very quick to answer any questions and the check in instructions were clear.

"Good flat in the heart of Bolzano"

Everything was as expected. The communication with the owner was very straightforward and we didn't have any issues. The flat is comfortable for two people and is well located, near the train station and other facilities.

If you're planning to cook there, the appliances and utensils are a bit beaten up - but would still work for most cases.

"It was nice once we got into it!"

We didn’t have to meet anyone in person for the keys.

We wish we had been given check in information prior to arriving to the facility - we arrived at night and had to call a few times to get the check in details after hours and were kind of worried we wouldn’t be able to get in.
