The location and view

1- place was extremely dirty - walls very dirty - couch very dirty and discoloured -towels old - kitchen draws falling apart -wifi\ netflix not as advertised { kept running out of data} - second room with bunk beds had no ladder for kids to climb onto higher bed - 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people 4days/3nights stay. :( - towel holders broken off wall in bathroom 2-we left half way through our stay!

Safety and staff friendliness

The fact that We must ourselves.Cleaners only clean during your check inn.Unit 502 no actual decorder,only netflix using wifi router to stream...my kids were not impressed.Owner to consider fibre network.

Repair guys took their time to see to the repairs. Which the owner informed them of well ahead of time.

5min walk to the beach, access to property on arrival was seamless, there's a Checkers next door for groceries, pool on the property

Atleast one roll of toilet paper should be provided for using the bathroom on arrival.
