The apartment had a good view of the pool and is spacious. Staff were friendly, and the facilities in the complex were great. Security was good.

The general cleanliness of the apartment was appalling. The stove, toaster, and extractor were unusable. On the day of check-in, maintenance was being done to broken cupboards and a leaking washing machine, which caused the apartment to smell wet and damp for the duration of the stay(due to the leak, not sure if the washing machine works, as we never tried it after the fix) . Dstv never worked. Lighting in the rooms were dull and dark. The amount of red tape when booking vs the result is not worthwhile, not good value for money.
