Location....the unit itself huge for a single person but can easily sleep 4.

If I had one .... it would've been the hot water since it was almost none existent but since it's so hot the cold shower was refreshing

There was nothing about this property we liked. It was a complete rip off from start to finish

Upon entry a foul oder permeated the entire condo. The entire kitchen was blanketed by cockroaches infesting every nook and cranny. Dirty, filthy walls, unwashed windows, broken, dilapidated cabinets, broken light fixtures with missing light bulbs, stained furniture cushions, old uncomfortable chairs, bathroom ceiling sagging from heavy water damage, bathroom light fixture hanging from ceiling by a wire working creating a dark unsafe environment, toilet seat unattached from toilet, non functioning, rusted a/c unit that should have been replaced 10 years ago, piled up old smelly mattresses in the bedroom reducing usable floor space, all curtains were stained, grungy and smelly, TV and cable system were from the early 90’s, wi-fi not working, absentee landlord that did not help AT ALL! We felt TOTALLY LET DOWN by booking.com when we complained about this horrible, disgusting poor excuse of a condo. We left 2 days into our 4 day booking. COMPLETELY ruined our trip to Boracay that we spent a lot of money on. Had to fight tooth and nail to get just two days credited back. We have to wait 7 to 10 days to get the charges back. This is by far the worst rental experience I have ever faced at 66 years old.
