Die Wohnung war perfekt sauber, ausreichend Geschirr, Kochutensilien, Handtücher, Badetücher, Toilettpapier, Küchenrolle, Abwaschmittel, Geschirrtücher, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher..... . alles was man benötigt TV hatte sehr viele Sender, auch deutschsprachige Sender Klimaanlage funktioniert perfekt. Ausreichend Steckdosen Die Lage in einer Sackgasse...SEHR RUHIG! Man ist in 10 Minuten am Meer (zu Fuß) Wir hatten eine sehr große überdachte Terrasse! Sehr schön gepflegter Garten. Der Gastgeber Martin ist sehr freundlich, gibt am Ankunftstag viele Tips zur Umgebung/Einkauf/Gaststätten.... Außerdem ist er jederzeit mit WhatsApp erreichbar! Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit hier und empfehlen das Appartement Kliman zu 💯 % weiter!

Great apartment for 2 persons. Big enough, comfortable. Air conditioning works perfectly. Beautiful beach with pine forest is close. Very quiet location. Owner is very friendly, always available if you need him.

Maybe the mattress could be firmer.

Apartament spatios,curat,dotat cu vesela,tacamuri ,frigide,aer conditionat,intrare propie,terasa spatioasa ,parcare in curte si un gratar foarte bine dotat,frumos amenajat si foarte curat.Mario,o gazda excelenta,primitoare,gata sa te indrume cu tot ce ai nevoie,harnic si discret. Ne am simtit foarte bine! Recomand cu placere locatia!

Na ogromną pochwałę zasługuje czystość oraz wyposażenie apartamentu. Apartament jest bardzo przestronny, zadbany oraz posiada wszystko co potrzebne, jak np suszarkę do włosów czy nawet toster :) Dodatkowo apartament jest zlokalizowany w świetnym miejscu, w spokojnej okolicy, blisko kilku plaż. Dojazd samochodem do Puli oraz pobliskich miast oraz atrakcji zajmuje do 20 minut. Właściciel jest przemiłą osobą, jest zawsze chętny do pomocy. Wskazał nam również atrakcje w pobliżu.

Situato in zona strategica per visitare la parte meridionale della Croazia, Martin il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile, l'appartamento era pulito e con tutto l'occorrente per fare da mangiare, compreso un grill con carbonella, sua nonna che abita a fianco ci ha dato un po di olio per cucinare e ci siamo fatti una bella chiacchierata.

Tutte le recensioni positive ci hanno convinto a scegliere questa struttura. Dopo il soggiorno, possiamo confermare che è tutto perfetto! La casa corrisponde perfettamente alle foto e alla descrizione, tenuta in modo ottimo, comoda, tutto funzionante, e si può trovare tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Posizione inoltre ottima se cercate la tranquillità serale, ed è a 10 minuti di macchina dalle maggiori attrazioni (parco Kamenjak, città di Pola, paese di Medulin). Ma il vero punto di forza è Martin, con la sua cura per i dettagli per la casa e per il giardino, sempre pronto a scambiare due chiacchiere e a dare consigli su posti da visitare, locali in cui mangiare, e dove poter trovare i servizi che potrebbero essere utili nel corso della vacanza. Super consigliato, grazie ancora Martin!
