Studio Ariana and patio

Very nice place, clean and cozy. There is good possibility of free parking place. The owner Arkadi is very nice and cooperative, willing to help any hour of the day. Thank you very much. We're very satisfied from our staying and I warmly recommend the place and the owner. Thanks again

The apartment was not exactly what I thought I am booking. It seems that owners might have two apartments on the same level and the pictres on booking.com are a mix from the both of them, hence not a true representation of the property. The sofa in the small apartment we were staying is rather uncomfortable with cushions not being the same level. Even my child did not want to sleep on that sofa. There is definately no patio.

Very poor customer service. Owner makes promises and doesn’t keep them. Would not trust him.

Promised an airport transfer and the renegade on the arrangement. Not to be trusted.

We felt safe.

Mildew in drains. Hard beds, uncomfortable beds. Hard to find. The location is wrong . Address is difficult to program on GPS.

I booked the place for 4 people as it was an option. I messaged the owner saying that there will be 4 ppl and they said the place could host 4 ppl and that they were aware of my reservation. I had to sleep on the floor because the foldable couch is tiny. My cousin is a very small person and even she didn’t fit well on the couch alone. This place should NOT be rented as a 4 person place as it is only adequate for 2 people.

The mattress was very hard and not comfortable....

Spacious bathroom. Enough kitchen appliances. Well maintained apartment.

It was smaller than I expected. Air conditioner was a little bit noisy. Soundproof could be better.
