Cosy 2 rooms Flat fully equipped Bat Yam City Center 5 min to beach near Tel Aviv

Хорошее расположение в старом районе недалеко от моря, на 1 этаже дома русский продовольственный магазин, в соседнем доме русско-язычный магазин, через дорогу украинский магазин, через другую дорогу круглосуточный еврейский - с голоду не умрёшь! В квартире есть всё для еды и приготовления Дом прямо на дороге, но окна в другую сторону и шума нет, всё тихо и спокойно. Дом старый, но ремонт новый и чистый Про пляж (хотя к квартире не относится) - очень приятный песок, чистая тёплая вода, но каждые 2 часа охранники выгоняют всех купающихся из воды, проверяют не утонул ли кто. Народ купается весь русскоязычный, но охранники говорят только на иврите и почти пинками выгоняют народ из воды т.к. никто их слова не понимает.

2 комнаты - зал и спальня, но кондиционер только в зале и дует ОТ спальни, поэтому даже когда в зале холодно, то в спальне душно, ну и, конечно, закрыть дверь в спальню для приватности невозможно - задохнёшься По сравнению с Москвой и Дубаем комнаты и особенно санузел, маленькие. Хотя честно говоря, в других местах Израиля размеры апартаментов ещё меньше.

The apartment was very clean and very nicely prepared for our arrival with towels, sheets and other nessesities. The location was amazing with a 10 minute walk to the beach and plenty of bus stations nearby to go to other cities within the country. Lea was very kind and acommodating and was always avaliable if we had any questions or concerns.

It was a great choice. Bat Yam is a strategically well-located city with light rail connections to Tel Aviv and from there to Jerusalem and other cities. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was clean. The host is a very nice person who did not hesitate to help when the drain was plugged.

Unfortunately, it is not that easy to find a parking spot for a (rental) car around the house. Furthermore, getting used to the noise from the AC of the neighbors and the cooling boxes of the shops below the apartment took some time.

A nice small apartment, freshly renovated and decorated, with modern furniture. A wonderful host who lives next door and is very helpful. Excellent beaches nearby, including an area with a breakwater - great for kids!

While the small space is used very efficiently, the bathroom is somewhat too narrow, which can be a problem if you are a big person.

Clean, modern and tastefully decorated apartment. There is everything you need. The house has an elevator. The house is close to the sea. Lots of grocery stores and cafes around.

Very small bedroom. But these are my personal impressions, because my husband and I are middle-aged people. There is no parking in the whole area, although booking says free parking.

Very cozy apartment, brand new, renovated. Perfectly clean. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Convenient location, close to the sea and on the main street, where there are many grocery stores. The hostess is a very nice woman , always ready to help

The location is close to the beach and we liked it. There are lots of restaurants at the sea promenade, so we did not cook lunches and dinners. The kitchen in the apartment is very basic, but we had enough of glasses, cups, plates, utensils. As for breakfasts, we ate them at the apartment. There are plenty of produce stores in the area, 1 of which is conveniently located on the 1st floor in the apartment building.

Parking a car in Israel is an issue. First come first served. So, some days we were lucky to find the space in the back of the building and other days on the street.
