"The best place to stay in Belfast!"

Absolutely loved everything about this property! It was easy to find and access. The host was so welcoming and extremely responsive to messages. We were given tea and biscuits and everything you could need for your stay. Will absolutely be back, there is no where better to stay in Belfast!

"Lovely little place. Comfortable bed. Extremely kind and good host."

The host was wonderful. The place was clean and homey. Little garden and deck also nice.

The driveway is off of a somewhat busy road which if you are a visitor who is used to driving on the other side of the road coming from the airport can be a little stressful, but manageable. I was traveling with young kids so walking was not an option with them, needed to drive.

The host was most beautiful, so friendly and vibrant who couldn’t possibly do enough for us! I feel truly blessed to have been made to feel so welcome.

There is nothing I did not like about the whole experience. It was truly amazing..

Loved everything about the stay. Karen, the owner, was lovely, and very helpful. Space was clean and fresh. Bed was extremely comfy. Lovely location great options for food close to the property. Transport into town on the doorstep. Will be coming back every year!

"Superb"

Karen, the owner, is a very friendly host. The location in South Belfast, where I am based for my daily routine, is extremely convenient. The house is clean, with a lovely garden where my partner and kids enjoyed brunch.

"Ideal for our purpose of visiting family in Belfast. Had all we needed for our two nights stay."

Host was very pleasant. Breakfast was great - fresh juice, sourdough bread, yogurt,. Good facilities - fridge, toaster, kettle, tea, coffee available. Room had double doors into attractive, quiet, secluded garden.

"Great little place in a fantastic location"

Cute and cosy with a lovely outlook to the garden. Clean & comfortable. Host, Karen was lovely and gave us all the privacy we wanted.

Not having anywhere to sit and eat a meal, although in fairness as the weather was nice we ate in the garden which was lovely.
