Excellent accommodation for a very reasonable price. Everything we wanted to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Would highly recommend this apartment

Great location, quiet. Size and layout of apartment. Host responsive. Great restaurant close by called the Mad Hatter.

Not being able to control the thermostat. Also, tv was not working initially.

The location was ideal lots of places to eat within minutes of walking into town. It was a big property with 4 bedrooms, and warm, showers were great. Lots of wardrobe space, everything you need in the kitchen to cook ( we did not ) and crockery, glasses etc. clear instructions about rubbish and recycling and info about heating controls. The key safe was perfect to get into the property. It was very quiet, Ashley Avenue is off a main road into Belfast with lots of bus stops and frequent buses less than 5 mins walk away. Perfect.

The property had been cleaned before our stay but not thoroughly, lots of dust in the bedrooms and bathrooms, it just needed a proper clean of skirting boards and behind beds. And the bathroom upstairs needed shower and floor cleaning properly. This can easily be sorted and would not stop us staying there again.

it was ideal for 8 of us, the landlord was available if we needed him, he was great with a few questions on local facilities,will defo go back,location great aswell as not far from city centre

can't find a fault

The location is quite good as there is public transport into the city at the top of the street. Walking is 15mins.

The property is dirty and needs a good clean, kitchen (never used) needs a deep clean, all appliances were really dirty! The apartment smelled musty and the bathrooms had black mold around the shower cubicles, skirting boards dirty, sink dirty etc. It was not as advertised in the pictures as they looked good. It was however very cheap but as I expected basic and that’s good, CLEANLINESS is a MUST. I wouldn’t book ever again or recommend.

Perfect size to accommodate the whole party. The owner Chris was amazing and let us stay for an extra night when our flights home got cancelled.

Location to shops, town centre and other sites were within 2 miles, the host was easy to communicate with and there were clear instructions for everything from garbage disposal, sight-seeing, transport and heating.
