Great communication by the host. Excellent location with the square outside our window. Lovely view and was so nice listening to the bells from the tower. Plenty of places to eat and wander around close by. Bedroom was huge.

Sofa bed wasn’t made up and no extra linen left for that purpose. We should have maybe confirmed directly with the host and maybe they can’t see the messages on booking.com

Location is great in the heart of old town. Bedroom was located to the square and very huge in comparison with the other parts of the flat. We enjoyed the stay.

The equipment was older. Sofa in the living room was a bit dirty and quite small for my teen daughters. In the kitchen there was slightly gas smelled. Bathroom with wc was very small but expected as per the photos.

Breakfast is not included and it is very easy to buy some provisions in a nearby supermarket and make your own breakfast since the cooking facilities are provided. Location is exceptional, in citta alta and right on the main street where most tourists tend to pass and congregate. The airport bus stop (zone 3, cost of EUR 3 per person) in three minutes away walking. Overall, it was a very good two night stay.

Initially, you need to get access codes by email, which we did, Then you will find the keys on the kitchen table inside. It was not mentioned in the emails from the host and someone may forget to leave the keys behind upon check out. The host was offering an airport transfer at EUR 35 per car which is rather high, they did not mention the bus option that is very practical and inexpensive.

Great location, nice apartment, lovely bedroom, comfortable bed.

Pillows could be better, shower box a bit tired.

Fantastic location. Very clean and spacious apartment. If you have mobility challenges or don’t like stairs be aware you have to walk up about 17 steps to the apartment door. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace and having a glass of wine. The restaurant right by the apartment is very good. Also, the ice cream shop steps from the door is fantastic! Definitely would stay here again.
