The apartment is in the busy old city centre, right next to the funicular, with easy transportation from the airport. Patrizia was very helpful host, recommended places for eating, communicated swiftly and managed to arrange an early check in for us. It was possible to leave the baggage in the building even before check in / after check out. There is a small playroom upstairs with lots of toys - perfect for children.

The location was great, yet stil little noisy in the evening. The old apartment has definitely its old charm. The towels were clean, but they had seen their best days. The duvets were not made, only the pillows. Overall, the apartment could have been cleaner - maybe that was due to the earlier check-in.

Our host contacted us to let us know when the apartment was ready so we knew as soon as we arrived in Bergamo we knew apartment was ready.

I liked the sleeping arrangement and the architecture.the beds and pillows where comfortable and there was room for out family.

We liked everything.

Great location. Patrizia is very helpful and supportive.

It’s on the 4th floor in a building without a lift. I was perfectly okay with that, just have in mind if you are with lower mobility.

Everything was up to par. Patrizia was extremely kind, answered all questions and assisted us with a transfer to the airport, because our flight was early in the morning. I recommend! I will visit again.
