Close to Bergamo train station, perfect for a small family and for a short stay. Air conditioning in both rooms, and kitchen equipped

The main door was difficult to open and the rooms were not well cleaned when we arrived.

It is a nice place, near the train station. We had a short stay and everything was good. The self check in was perfect. Paola is really nice and helpful.

Very nice apartment, quiet neighborhood, but central !!!

The location was ideal to walk to restaurants and bars. Easy to find and get in by following Paola’s instructions. Paola also provide a folder of recommendations for restaurants and we managed to find one that’s open till late in the night which was a helpful tip and the seafood pizza there was great.

We were told that there was a problem with the cleaner and could only check in after 3-4pm so we delayed our plan and got there at 5pm instead. The place was still not super cleaned after that. There was still a bit of dust on the floor and some stuff were not put back in place. We were then told that the air conditioning was not working or cannot be turned on even though the weather was quite hot. It was a little hard for our son to fall asleep with the warmth in the apartment.

The apartment's location is excellent. Very close to the railway station and the bus station for the airport. Very comfortable and clean. A lot of small things make you feel like home. The communication with the host is very fast and easy.

Everything was perfect.

Location was a short distance from main transport hub and local attractions.

The apartment was dirty, the shower, kitchen and fridge areas contained half empty previously used gels, coffees, sugar, oils, etc, etc. The TV did not work on local channels, only You Tube. Main bed requires updating.
