Bergamo City Apartments

Op de kaart lijkt het appartement afgelegen te liggen. Echter ligt het op de hoek van een straat met leuke restaurantjes en op 5min lopen van de winkelstraat.

Bedden zijn wat doorgelegen en het gebouw lijkt nieuw, de kamer is wel verouderd

В квартире необходимо делать ремонт. Все устарело, страшно до чего-то дотрагиваться. Посуда со сколами, все разное создает бардак. Утюг весь с черным налетом. Нет дополнительных маленьких полотенец и полотенец (коврика) для ног в ванной. Квартира прокуренная, т.ч. если кто-то не курит рекомендую выбрать другой вариант. Из чистого была постель. За такое состояние цена завышена. В хостелах и то поприятнее будет

- Convenient location. Only a few minutes’ walk from Bergamo train station. Funicular to upper town, taxi stand, restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. - Helpful management. Initial issues with WIFI and AC upon check-in quickly resolved. They sent a technician and the manager came to check at 10 pm, an incredibly kind gesture. - Effective communication. All important information via WhatsApp. Quick responses. Clear instructions on stay information. - Reasonably clean apartment. - AC. With the heatwaves happening, it was a real asset. - Practical equipment. Almost everything for a short stay (hair dryer, drying rack).

Would be nice: - a wall-mounted hook rack in the entrance area (for hats, jackets etc). - Some storage space. There are nice wardrobes in the bedroom and a few cabinets in the living room, which were however already filled with extra linens, blankets and other housekeeping items. - A collapsible couch bed in the living room instead of a second bed. - A more secure channel for sending personal documents. Did not feel fully comfortable sending copies of personal documents over WhatsApp. Supposed to be encrypted but not entirely convincing. Use of a more security-conscious app would be advisable.

It was very spacious, with nice modern facilities. Very comfy bed(s) and safe area nearby.
