Saint John's 22 Brasov

During our recent 17-day sojourn through Eastern Europe, we had the pleasure of staying at St. John's in Brasov. Our host, Gabriel, left an indelible impression with his exceptional hospitality. A mix-up in my booking led to the oversight of bedding for four instead of two, and though this was entirely my error, Gabriel's swift response was remarkable. He immediately arranged for the additional bedding without any mention of additional charges. Gabriel's dedication extended beyond the norm. He generously offered recommendations for local restaurants and activities, even researching a tailor for my daughter's dress alterations. The apartment's ambiance, nestled on a quaint side street just off the bustling main thoroughfare, provided a delightful duality of serenity and liveliness. However, the pinnacle of Gabriel's kindness manifested a week later. My daughter realized she had left her wallet containing a substantial sum of money beneath the mattress. Despite the odds, Gabriel valiantly undertook a thorough search. Upon finding the wallet, he radiated genuine happiness for us, declining any reward for his efforts and eagerly researched ways to get the content back to my daughter. In the heart of this captivating city and within the confines of the elegant apartment, Gabriel showcased an extraordinary blend of compassion and generosity. Our enchanting stay at St. John's was enriched by his graciousness. We eagerly anticipate our return to this remarkable destination, where such a remarkable soul resides.

Location was perfect. Quick walk downtown and everything reachable within a few minutes. Brasov is a great city. We were happily surprised and will happily return in the future. The appartment was great, spacious and just what we needed! Can highly recommend it!

The location is superb .. the room is big and has all what we need is a family there was also games for the kids and smart tv with Netflix and Disney+

The spacious,well-equipped and comfortable room were fabulous.

Can't be changed, but the entry stairs were a bit difficult to climb with big bags.

The location was great, as was the fact that you had a place where to drink your coffee on the terrace. Cozy little room with a small kitchen, all arranged in good taste. Also had some toys, which was great for our little daughter.

Not enough cooking utensils. There was a pan, but it was too large for the induction stove to detect it and start. Also we had a bit of bad luck with the toilet clogging up on the last night of the stay. We had to go into a different room to use the toilet.
