instruction for collecting keys were a bit unclear The keys were in another building. The apartment didn't even had a sponge or soap for cleaning. Towels weren't available (you had to pay extra to get them)

Very nice big apartment, close to the beach and shops but still very quiet. We loved it.

We didnt pay extra for towels and bed sheets,we had our own, but maybe at least one toilet paper roll would be usefull for quests 😁

Be careful, the place does not include sheets. We found it out too late, in the midday of checking in. I was ready to pay 50€ in addition to just have sheets. I asked them several times on booking messages and also called, they dropped the call after asking about sheets. I am travelling a lot, but this is definitely the worst place I have stayed. The place was not clean, it was old-looking. The bed was very uncomfortable in addition to sleeping full night without sheets. The bed was like a rock, and the temperature in an apartment in April was probably colder than outside at night. Everyone was so cold. There was some mold in the apartment. There is so many better options, we were lucky we only booked it for one night and left early in the morning to not stay longer. About check-in: There was no clear guide, and at first, I was told to check in only until 6 pm. Then they left the keys somewhere without telling the exact location: under a gray carpet. It was not in the apartment building, but in another place in their office.

The property was near the beach and there were several restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

The whole apartment was very dirty. The bath itself had a few brownish marks. Furthermore, you could see in the kitchen some glasses that were dirty.

Staff in the office was not friendly. NOT ENOUGH parking place and no real solution from the office persons. I had to park in a nearby apartman house where ever I found a place which is 1-2 minutes walking dsitance from this apartman house. Even I calimed that I booked and paid for an apartman with on-site parking. I left my car next to the another apartman house which was offered by the office staff. Next day morning I get a paper on my car that I'm parking in a wrong place which is dedicated to one apartman, but funny there wasn't any signe that it's dedicated parking place.

Only positive the location of the apartman.

Great location, close to the beach, bus station and city centre. Rooms are spatious. Compared with other accomodations - the prince is lower.

The apartment was poorly cleaned, only superficial. The agency does not clean the apartment after check out, this is the responsibility of the guests. Upon check in, the agency retains €50, recieved back at the check out, with the condition that the flat is cleaned and no damages. No wifi No bed sheets or towels The agency staff needs to level up their customer service standards when interacting witg the guests.
