Dificultad para procesar pagos del alojamiento, el ascensor no funciono los ultimos 2 dias

La ubicación fue perfecta, ya que el viaje fue por un concierto en el Movistar Arena y quedaba muy cerca. Limpio, buena atención, y cómodo.

La segunda cama, el colchón mucho por mejorar

Someone got in to our room because the lock on the balcony door was not working properly. We innocently locked each day before leaving the room but apparently the lock just didn't work well all the time and we had no way of knowing this sadly. There was no safe in the room either to put our belongings in. Someone jumped in to our room via the balcony (from the room in front of ours) and took our computers, some cash and a designer bag and wallet I had just bought. Since they went in from the balcony, cameras had not picked up anything either. Come to think of it afterwards, it all just seems suspicious instead of a coincidence. A representative from management came and had agreed to compensate us with a little something less than half the value of what we had lost (total was over two thousand dollars worth) and right after we left just ended up ghosting us. After a while they denied the lock not working properly and told us they were not going to compensate us because they can't be held responsible for every person on premises who gets robbed. I have a recording of the lock not working properly as proof, after the police advised us to gather facts for ourselves. They gave us a crappy example stating its just like leaving a car streetparked outside which they break into and that is out of their control. Well sorry but our belongings were locked in our room, in your hotel!! And had the lock been working properly this would not have happened ever because we were very careful and cautious throughout our entire stay. Our family vacation ended in a bitter experience 1 day before our departue and our 5year old was even more heartbroken than we were. Making false promises and never complying just feels like a trap now to get us off their backs. The police officer even told us this was not the first theft case in the hotel. Let this be a warning to you before you book this place!!
