No había agua caliente. No tuve tiempo de quejarme porque tenía muchas diligencias.

location - excellent. Breakfast not included. Comparatively quiet and plenty of room in Apto. even on the weekends and for the first time I have had hot water in the kitchen and bathroom basins. Helpful and pleasant staff. Falta nada. The kitchen was by a window and so I enjoyed cooking in my Apto. It also had a very comfortable bed.

ES EL PEOR HOTEL AL QUE HAYA PODIDO IR. EXTREMADAMENTE PESIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE, LAS DE RECEPCIÓN SON UNA MALAS EDUCADAS, MAL HABLADAS, NO SABEN EXPLICAR Y PARECE QUE SON ENEMIGAS DEL HOTEL PARA QUE NO VAYAN CLIENTES. Uno les da sugerencia para mejoría y no les importa nada. La limpieza es cada 5 día NO ME GUSTÓ PARA NADAAAAAAA Deberían cambiar el personal y tomar en cuenta que si uno sale de vacaciones, no es para estar pendiente a limpiar donde uno se queda, al menos cada 2 o 3 días deberían limpiar las habitaciones.

Worst experience of my life!!! A lady at this facility named Glenda made life a living HELL!! You do not want to stay here if your a foreigner. It is in Quesada. Not the best part of Teusaquillo. There is no restaurant or gymnasium. For this kind of money you could get something much better. Do not stay here.

The room was excellent, with great infrastructure, but what impressed me the most was the customer service and the kindness of the staff — especially Glenda and Mrs. Diosa, with whom I had the most contact. I stayed at the property for a month, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible experience. I truly felt at home. Location was also really good, nearby a good supermarket (exito), a gym, church, local business. If I have to come back to Bogotá I would definetily consider to stay here again.

Like many establishments in Colombia, the aparthotel follows the policy of allowing check-in only at 4:00 PM, some kind of scam, so that your chance to arrive earlier is higher, therefore requiring you to pay an early check-in fee. In addition, after my 30-day stay booked through Booking ended, I tried to extend for 8 more days, but the front desk did not have authorization to maintain the long-stay discount. In short, the downside of this hotel is only some of the strategies adopted by management.

The room was clean, but there were some areas within the room that have been overlooked like behind the furniture and along the shower tiles.

Limpieza y comodidad muy buena, la comunicación con el personal excelente. Recomendado al 100 %.
