Molto accogliente e Andrea molto gentile e presente alle mie richieste e domande . Pulito e comodissimo per vedere il centro. E poi una doccia straordinaria

Diciamo niente ma un appunto sul fatto che effettivamente non sono due camere, ma una camera con il letto matrimoniale ed uno spazio ritagliato all interno della camera per il letto singolo. Nulla che non si possa accettare ma ovvio se fossi venuta con amici e non con famiglia non sarebbe stata una buona soluzione

The property’s very good and the good location, Near the City

There's not much to like, the location was convenient, but considering prices in the historic center aren't much more expensive you're probably better off just staying in the center.

Everything was fit into a cramped space and the apartment wasn't cleaned much. The floor and sheets had a moldy smell. It was dimly lit making it feel like a hostel of sorts. The owner had full control of the heating and decided to have it on only for the first and last day we were there. Using excuses such as Bologna's laws restricting heating usage. The wifi was basically nonexistent. Just forget it exists and use your own data.

Functional and decently well located. That´s it.

The apartment is acceptable overall, but it feels like a typical refurbishment of an unused property with cheap materials. It is clearly not well maintained, with very poor attention to detail. The main issue, however, is the bed. The linen was untidy and old, and the mattress and cushions were ridiculously uncomfortable. It is unbelievable that this property has such a high rating. After reading other guests’ reviews while staying there, I noticed several comments pointing out the same problem, and it seems the owner has done nothing to address it. Ridiculous.

Ottima posizione. Andrea persona super disponibile e competente, bella casa e strutturata bene.

Il tavolo dii vetro si spostava dal telaio, bisogna sistemarlo. Inoltre in cucina aggiungerei qualche strofinaccio e presine in più, per il resto tutto ok.
