The location, the apartment (spacious, clean, comfortable).

The lack of custumer care skills. The person in charge with the appartment, although all smiles and politeness, doesn't seem to understand that his job is to try to help clients. When we got to the appartment he was late. Then the terrace hadn't been cleaned and the water kettle and toaster were missing. These 3 things were very important to me, as I had planned to have tea and eat in the terrace, with tea and nice sandwitches. His initial attitude and explanations were somewhere along the line of "it is what it is" as if I had to accept the situation although I had paid for and was promissed something else. I had to insist to get him to have the terrace cleaned and get us a ketttle. As for the toaster, he said the group before broke it and another one will arrive in 7-10 days. I am pretty sure Amazon would deliver in one day. We also asked to leave the luggage in the appartment for 2 hours after checkout, so we can walk around until the time to leave for the airport. We were told it is not possible but we were recommended a paid storrage locker. And the best thing, which I have not encountered in 20 years of traveling: I had to buy toilet paper :D When we got to the appartment, there were 3 little rolls, maybe the smallest and thinnest I have ever seen. We were 3 persons staying for 6 nights. So the paper ran out. When we asked for more, we were told, again, politely and with a smile, that there is a grocery store around the corner where we can buy toilet paper. And this was a complex of at least 10 appartments, with a central place for all consumables, towels etc. There was toilet paper in that buiding, it's not like he had to buy it himself. He just had to ask the cleaning ladies to bring us some. I guess that's the policy. Well... I bought toilet paper for an appartment for which I payd 1000+ eur. I guess there is a first time for everything. #itiswhatitis

Apartamento localizada nem a 5min a pé da Estação central, onde pára/parte o comboio para o aeroporto, num bairro residencial calmo e mt simpático. A 10min a pé fica o Mercatino Francesco Albani, um sítio espectacular para beber uns copos e jantar. Mm ao pé ao tb um excelente supermercado (PAM).

A cozinha podia ter mais coisa, por ex: uma taça para se fazer uma salada, mais 2 pratos de cada bem como talheres
