Cavaticcio apartment by Lesdomus

The nice apartment in quite place , close to city center and train station, has everything you need. 15 min walking to city center. There is very nice caffe not so far away from the property. The staff is friendly and helps anytime. We had late check-in (about midnight) and at first we couldn't find this property and host was really helpful in this situation despite night time.

Not so easy to find the property for the first time. The flat is quite dark.

It was just ok.

It was advertised as having laundry facilities and cleaning products but no laundry pods / detergent was provided even after we asked. Host was unable to provide and told us to get our own (what traveller travels with detergent?) and this was main reason for booking apartment. Location is not great, a distance to the centre. Overall not impressed u have to take out your own dirt as well at the end and bins are outside of the premises on a corner.

The location is great, there is enough space for everybody, the staff is super nice and will help if necessary.

The shower was clogged so much that we had to clean it twice while staying there. Other than that the place was super clean.

Very grateful to book this at 4pm on the day as our accomodation cancelled on us. Very quick and easy check in, friendly host! Simple but very comfy apartment. 20ish mins walk into old town. Groovy park with a bar down the road. Facilities were great. Good for our group of 4 (all sleeping in the one room).

Shower didn’t drain. Spent a lot of time cleaning the bathroom floor.

Excellent location. Easy to get in. Comfort room and good wi-fi.

Location is a little way from the centre and from train station. Inside the apartment are some steps down to kitchen. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities were good.

I was surprised that there was no coffee or tea provided and there was no mattress or pillow protector used.

Easier Instructions for washer and detergent pods. Left some. No clothes dryer so hung on hedge, nothing missing

- no cutting board - high humidity/ fungus on the walls - this flat od quite dark
