Montebello House Bologna

The property is a large one-bedroom apartment with a small terrace off the bedroom, which was great for breakfast. It was easy to enter with the door code we received from the owner. The building had a nice courtyard and there was a café right outside. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen had all the appliances, cutlery, plates and so on that we needed.

The mattress on the main bed was a bit soft for us. The apartment is on a small street, but the occasional passing motorbike or garbage truck in the night woke one of us up a few times.

Tolle Lage, alles sauber, sehr nette hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Bei unserer Ankunft war 1 Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank und Kaffee inkl. Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und hat einen kleinen Balkon und eine Klimaanlage. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und in der Nacht war es ruhig. Gleich gegenüber gibt es einen Supermarkt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen

Very central location, close to tourist spots and places to eat. We communicated with the host easily and quickly, access is very easy following the instructions received. The very kind host understood that we would arrive earlier and allowed us to check in before the posted time. I would recommend this apartment only for 2 people, even with a child (there is an extra bed in the bedroom next to the double bed). We were 4 people with a child, and the living room area shared with the dining area is small with the sofa bed extended (a bit uncomfortable for sleeping). But we didn't have any problems because we only stayed one night.

Res odlična lokacija! Do centra mesta je le kratek in prijeten sprehod. V neposredni bližini (približno 3 minute hoje) je garažna hiša, kar je zelo priročno. Pred stavbo je simpatičen lokal, kjer lahko uživate v jutranji kavi, zajtrku ali večerni pijači. Na drugi strani ulice se nahaja trgovina Aldi, tako da imate res vse na dosegu roke. Lokacija je popolna za brezskrbno bivanje. Apartma je bil zelo čist, urejen in lepo pripravljen na prihod. Nahaja se v prvem nadstropju. Gostitelj je bil prijazen, odziven in vedno na voljo za pomoč, kar je celotno izkušnjo naredilo še bolj prijetno. Lokacija in namestitev sta res popolna izbira za brezskrbno bivanje.

Edina manjša pripomba: če biva 5 oseb, spanje na kavču ni najbolj udobno. Vse ostalo pa je bilo res odlično.

Spacious. Great Location. Comfortable beds. Good shower and bathroom facilities. Aldi supermarket opposite. Great value for money.

Na acomodação em si, não há nada de relevante a pontuar ! Em relação ao proprietário (a) , pessoa extremamente fria, de pouca conversa e sempre com respostas grossas. Todas as vezes que precisei perguntar ou falar algo, sempre me fala com tom irônico , péssima comunicação!
