Caldo.il condizionatore non riesce a rinfrescare tutta la stanza e,soprattutto, il soppalco dove c'è il matrimoniale;hanno risolto con un mega ventilatore ma purtroppo entrambi rumorosissimi.

Recensione sul soggiorno a Via Mazzini 4, Bologna — Puzza insopportabile di fogna, condizioni inabitabili, nessuna responsabilità Raramente lascio recensioni negative, ma ciò che abbiamo vissuto a Via Mazzini 4 merita di essere raccontato in modo completo e onesto. Non si è trattato di un soggiorno deludente, ma di una situazione realmente preoccupante, disturbante e non sicura, a cui nessuna famiglia dovrebbe essere esposta. Abbiamo prenotato l’appartamento per un breve soggiorno a Bologna con i nostri figli. Fin dal primo istante in cui abbiamo varcato la soglia, siamo stati travolti da un fetore nauseabondo di fogna, crudo e persistente, che riempiva ogni angolo dell’appartamento. Non era un odore leggero o occasionale: era costante, soffocante, disgustoso, del tipo che si attacca ai vestiti, ti si ferma in gola e fa bruciare gli occhi. Abbiamo provato tutto — aprire l’unica finestra, far scorrere l’acqua, arieggiare — ma senza alcun effetto. L’odore è rimasto denso, marcio, quasi palpabile, e nel giro di un’ora abbiamo iniziato a preoccuparci seriamente per la nostra salute. Era tossico, opprimente e totalmente incompatibile con la presenza umana. Abbiamo dormito pochissimo. I bambini tossivano. Avevamo mal di testa. I vestiti puzzavano di scarico. Eravamo spaventati da ciò che stavamo respirando: gas di fogna? metano? batteri? Non lo sapevamo, e non volevamo scoprirlo a nostre spese. Abbiamo lasciato l’appartamento alle 8 del mattino seguente, stanchi, arrabbiati e sinceramente scossi. Nessun ospite dovrebbe essere sottoposto a un tale livello di disagio e pericolo. Abbiamo fatto l’unica scelta razionale e sicura: ce ne siamo andati. La gestione del reclamo è stata altrettanto deludente. La persona che ci ha accolti ha aperto la finestra appena entrata nell’appartamento, segno evidente che era a conoscenza del problema, eppure non ha detto nulla.

What we experienced at Via Mazzini 4 deserves to be shared fully and honestly. This was not a bad stay — it was a genuinely disturbing and unsafe situation that no family should ever be exposed to. We booked this apartment for a short visit to Bologna with our children. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were hit by a sickening, raw stench of sewage that filled every corner of the apartment. It was not a mild or occasional smell — it was overwhelming, constant, and nauseating, the kind of smell that clings to your clothes, sticks in your throat, and makes your eyes water. We tried everything — opening the single window, running water, airing the space — but nothing helped. The stench remained thick and putrid, and within an hour we were seriously worried for our health. It was toxic, oppressive, and entirely incompatible with human habitation. We barely slept that night. Our children were coughing. We had headaches. Our clothes smelled like drains. We were genuinely scared about what we might be breathing in — sewer gas, methane, bacteria — we didn’t know, and we didn’t want to find out the hard way. We left the apartment by 8am the next morning, exhausted, upset, and frankly shaken. No guest should ever be subjected to that level of exposure. We made the only rational and safe decision available: we got out. The company’s handling of our complaint was equally disappointing. Their representative had opened the window immediately upon showing us the flat — clearly aware of the problem — and yet said nothing. When we raised the issue, they blamed the weather, dismissed our concerns, and ultimately refused any responsibility. They told us to speak to Booking.com. Not even an apology. This was not just about comfort — it was about basic safety and sanitation. And they failed, completely.
