The owner was very nice, the apartment was very comfortable and very clean just 15 minutes walk to centre.

The air conditioner could be better.

Location was great, close to the train station and a 15 minute walk into the main square. A home away from home with everything you need. Francisco the host was very helpful providing us with a comprehensive guide to Bologna in a pdf file and provided us with a tourist map.

The mattress was quite hard and not as comfortable as we would have liked. Not the fault of our host but be aware that there are drug dealers operating on the street/square outside the apartment even in broad daylight. We were offered drugs on more than one occasion. Recommend that you do not go outside the apartment alone especially at night.

Right across the street from the central train station. Straight shot by bus 10 minutes to the Piazza Maggiore, San Petronius basilica, and museums. Several good al fresco restaurants for breakfast and a nightcap and shops right downstairs from the apartment. The host was very accomodating to our late arrival and was very informative about how to get around the area. I would stay here again, when visiting beautiful Bologna!

Francesco was an amazing host. Supplied alot of information/recommendations on the area. The apartment was a great size and had everything you need to feel like home. Great location close to train station and easy walking distance to all the sites.
