L'accueil . La sécurité du site ( 1 porte d'entrée sur rue, 1 grille dans le couloir, 1 porte blindée pour l'appartement). La superficie de l'appartement. Le calme. La climatisation. Les 2 salles de bain .Les produits d'hygiene et d'entretien.

Au prime abord , la porte taguée d'entrée sur rue , ça pose question et après on s'aperçoit que c'est le quartier qui veut ça. La qualité de la literie fatiguée (grince et à ressorts ), et la qualité des draps ( déchiré et éliminé)

Nicht sehr sauber, Betten waren recht unbequem und alte Matratzen/Duvets

At lejligheden lå centralt og var rummelig.

Everything was perfect. They were so accommodating to letting us in early, meeting us on time and walking thru everything. Great location. Loved it and highly recommend!

the graffiti everywhere. Be nice if they cleaned up the front door a little.

The location was great — close to the city centre and surrounded by plenty of good restaurants and cafes. The apartment itself was very spacious, perfect for a family with kids, and the upstairs living area was bright and relaxing with lots of natural light. Having an elevator was a big plus, and the staff were helpful and responsive throughout our stay.

The kitchen was quite minimal and lacked some basic cooking essentials, which made preparing meals a bit tricky. There wasn’t much bench space to work on either. The beds were very firm, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The decor is a little dated, and we were disappointed that a linen change during our 11-night stay came with an extra charge of €20 per bed.

Good location, spacious, wifi, tons of storage, cute little terrace.

The main bed was maybe 4 inches thick and the coils dug into my 85 kg body and my wife. Single beds in second room slightly better. Most comfortable bed was easily the pullout bed upstairs with the heavily yellow stained duvet. AC/heat unit didn't work and also didn't turn off. I've had units tell me to start the laundry or collect linens, but have never had to take out all of my own trash down an alley that needed a key card to open. Also, bring your flashlight when entering and leaving at night. It is very dark getting from the outside door up to the third floor. Outside noise level was a bit high due to proximity to city.

The location is amazing. Gelateria directly across the street, bar right next door, a huge range of restaurants and coffee places within a two-minute walk. 10 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore, 15 to the train station. Yet up in the apartment you'd never know you were so close to all this - it's completely quiet and peaceful. A nice spacious apartment, with large bedrooms, and a whole extra living space and second bathroom upstairs. Plus effective A/C in each room, which was a must for us.

The cooking facilities are somewhat limited - though enough to get by and this didn't bother us particularly, as there were so many choices for eating out right outside the door. The only minor thing that could be improved in the apartment would be new/upgraded mattresses/beds, as they were a little uncomfortable (to me, though the rest of my family seemed fine!).
