Gentilissimo lo staff e appartamento pulito e ordinato. Se dovessi tornare a Bologna sicuramente ritornerò

Clean, Ample room, pleasant decor, very comfortable and well appointed. Whatever I needed was there. Also lots of clean linen, towels etc available. Also very quiet and private but lots of amenities very nearby.

It was a spacious unit with internal parking if available.

As there was only an aircon in the living area the bedroom was very hot. I’m sure it’s good in the cooler months. There’s a washing machine but no instructions of how to use. A complimentary bottle of water has been provided at every other property I’ve visited over the last 6 weeks but not here. Unfortunately, it is quite a long walk into the old town, which would be fine in cooler temps but brutal in the heat of summer. The apartment is functional but lacks the quality I was expecting based on previous reviews.

hotel representative/Owner mr. Pino was amazing. He really did his best to meet my needs and was really amazing. III can recommend this place to anyone. Place is clean, and its easy to go to the city centre.

Off the main road, tucked away in a courtyard. Very well equipped. A large apartment. Good communication, but never met the owners.

The bed squeaks, but is comfortable.

The host was easy to reach and responded really fast to our questions. We didn't get to meet the owners, but the self check-in process was very easy and explained on details by the host. The apartment had everything we needed and more! The air conditioning and heating were top notch! The apartment was a little bit away from the central station but very easy to reach with public transport on lines 14, 25 and 37. Wifi was great.

Easy and clear check in instructions. Overall well equipped and comfortable for a short stay. Was a half hour walk to the city centre.
