"Stylish apartment with three good bedrooms - decent location and excellent support from the host"

There's lots to love about the apartment. It's stylish and a really good size in a handy location, 15 to 20 mins walk from the main sights and the train station. There's also frequent buses to the station from right outside. With three decent sized bedrooms, our family were really happy here.

We ran into one or two issues, but with WhatsApp communication, staff were super helpful to get everything sorted.

Spacious apartment in a great location. We were a group of 7 and the apartment was ideal for us. The city centre is a 15 min walk away and there are plenty of bars and restaurants around the property.

It wasn’t a problem for us but the buzzer at the front door to the apartment block didn’t work.

"Spacious apartment but don’t expect anything extra"

Good amount of space for a big group

7 people staying for 4 night so we did expect more the two tiny toilet rolls and when I messaged I was told no even though it is in the facilities that they provide toilet paper. So we were not happy with their response

"A great base for exploring Bologna and beyond."

Really good location. We could walk into the city centre in 20 minutes and there was a bus stop right outside the property with buses to the railway station every few minutes, taking about 5 minutes. There was a pretty good supermarket (Conad) about 80 metres away. Had a lovely view of St Luca basilica and the famous porticos from the apartment, which is on the 5th floor. There is a small lift - enough room for one person and four suitcases! - which was handy.

Could be noisy - but that's only to be expected in a busy city. May be on the route from the city centre to a hospital judging by the number of emergency vehicles.

"Big and comfortable apartment."

Within walkable distance from main sights and train station. The apartment is big and spacious. We were a group of 7 and it was perfect.

The furniture inside the apartment is a bit old, that's the only thing I would suggest changing in the future.
