Great location , minimalistic , Modern

There were roaches & the climate was a bit warm due to not being able to control the thermostat

The living area the beds are comfortable

The furniture was little meaning short bed too low no TV in the other bedrooms .tight shower and roaches .

The friendliness and professionalism of the host was great. They were patient with me when I asked questions, as emails seemed to randomly end in both inbox and spams. They were quick to respond and as long as you asked questions in regards to your stay, they tried to accommodate. The master room is spacious, the kitchen is convient, all in all, great place to stay for a business trip! The temp was comfortable to sleep in as the in suite a/c can be leverage with the Fan, so you will sleep comfortably enough. There is a community pool that goes from 3' deep to 9' so, that is nice!

No blackout curtains but quickly remedied by being to tired to care how bright the "night" in Atlanta is. If you like sleeping in 64° F, unfortunately the in room a/c unit tops at 72 plus the fan.

We enjoyed the location and the condo. It was cleaned with everything you need for a get away. Love the kitchen and the living room.

The bedroom I slept in Queen size bed was too low with one mattress. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay at your property.

i liked the location, just minutes from all the multiple attractions i was interested in visiting

I didn’t like the cleanliness of the very TINY bathroom , linen look old and worn and also had holes in them as well as someone’s long hairs . The shower rod was very rusty and shower curtain outside/inside was very filthy from the rust above leaving residue on it. The small kitchen appeared to be clean until i looked closer and noticed the ants on the counter and roach coming from underneath the sink the 2nd morning of my stay. I even recorded a video before killing it. Bathroom was so small you could sit in the tub (wouldn’t recommend sitting it) and reach the toilet mind you its a sink in between then two!

blood stained comforter ice cold or scalding hot water hair that wasnt mine all over the floor parking issues flies in the unit/hallway it was so bad we left a day early

property old and raggedy elevators get stuck not clean at all front desk people rude as hell, everybody in atlanta was found dirty underwear in closet couldn’t control temp of room whole time we froze the whole time , you’ll either be extremely cold or extremely hot water was off for part of the day when we were here couldn’t get into one of the rooms booked ALL day keypin wouldn’t work and kept leading us to wrong key in lock boxes the parking really was irritating Everytime booked it was someone in my # space didn’t feel safe , gun shots lots of homeless people begging and cussing you out hallways smelled like weed even though we weren’t “allowed” to smoke
