The view and location was great. It was very clean, and if you’re on a budget definitely stay here!
The building is just too outdated for my taste. The room was nice and neat though. I wouldn’t stay here again but mainly because of the building itself, which of course the host cannot control

The view was amazing and it was spacious
One of the front desk staff was rude (woman). She did not care for helping/assisting with check-in. Additionally, she was not greetable and did not greet when entering the building. The bed was hard to sleep on not comfortable and the sheets were dirty upon arrival.

Location
Cleanliness, broken microwave and dishwasher, and the shower was not good. Turning it on, you have to be inside, which means adjusting the water in the cold water. Also, there's already a missing key, and the instructions were to pay the deposit, incase you loose the key and fob. So don't forget to take a picture of the missing key when checking in.

Parking was great! Check-in was easy and host was very communicative. It's a very big place, with a full size kitchen and living room. The immediate area is relatively safe and I had no issues whatsoever
There is quite a bit of road noise/street noise in the unit. Short of replacing all windows, this is not really something the owners could do much about, but the noise could be troublesome for some people. Host did provide earplugs. The check-in progress was effortless, but required ID verification through a third party, which I didn't like.
