Nice location, free parking overall quiet and comfortable place.

Unfortunately only one bathroom for everyone. Another suggestion is to have more mirrors - currently there's only one.

It was secure and close to Americasmart.

The smell in the hallways and dirty hall carpeting.

The unit was very comfortable and clean.

The building was old, ugly and being renovated.

I liked that the location was in the heart of downtown which made it within walking or a short driving distance of many of the local attractions like the aquarium and coca cola museum.

While the location allowed ease of attractions, being in the heart of downtown can be noisy at night with car horns and people talking outside. The apartment was in an older building and although the apartment itself was updated, you could still tell. The AC was an older radiator looking type of ac unit in each room. While these kept the worst of the heat and humidity away, they did not get the rooms cold at all. There were ceiling fans in each room that helped as well, but still did not provide that 'crisp cool' preferred for sleep.

The apt was comfortable and clean.

The noise and people outside. There were two women fighting outside the building the night after the 4th of July holiday. Perhaps the holiday had something to do with it.

The place was somewhat updated. It wasn't far from the airport and seemed decent

The place was poorly staffed. My daughter killed a roach Large gap under entry door, that would allow potential rodents to enter Shower pressure in shower was low...due to the shower head not being properly installed. Shower water was coming out from the side of it. Parking door to underground parking not properly secured. Lastly, photos of the outside doesn't give justice of what the actual land looks like.

Close to Downtown/Midtown Atlanta, easy to walk around and close to some shops and restaurants as well. basic equipment in the kitchen, parking place nearby.

The whole apartment (and also the floor leading to it) needs a makeover. Very old stinking carpets, poor wall isolation (therefore loud when other people come and go), windows old and very dirty. Bathroom and kitchen need some substantial work done. The first evening I went barefoot in the apartment and afterwards I had to scrub black feet. A short vacuum cleaning is not sufficiant to keep a place like this nice and clean.

The location was a significant plus. It was conveniently close to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Atlanta—whether traveling solo, as a couple, or even for business.

not the quietest sleep being so close to the highway, elevator is a lil shaky but it worked!
