Great location, spacious and clean room. The host was excellent — responsive and welcoming.

There was no hot water for three days during our entire stay, and the air conditioner was extremely loud, which made it difficult to sleep.

It was a very clean apartment which looked quite new. The bed was comfortable which is always important. The location close to all the important city sights was excellent.

I would have liked to have a shelf in the shower where to keep shampoo and soap. Now it was only possible to keep them on the shower floor. Also, a coat rack in the entrance for a coat would have been nice.

Very nice location, easy access to plenty of bus lines. It is a few minutes to walk from the center, but we were excited by the nice Mercato Delle Erbe two minutes away, where we bought fruits, vegs, and spent some nights with friends to enjoy pizza, pasta, bread, wine and much more served by small booths. Furthermore: on the opposite steet side there is a Bassetti outlet!

The appartment was not exactly that we have expected since the pictures on booking.com show three different appartments and it is a miracle what you get. The bed was too weak, so that we put the mattress on the floor. However, we enjoyed the stay. The person from the service is extrremly nice and so we have no reasons to complain...

The person who checked us in was on time, professional, and polite. The location and the access to the building and elevator were great. The apartment was renovated and spacious.

The house rules were a bit over the top as they included items such as washing the dishes and taking out the trash. It was also stated how many rolls of toilet paper we'd be provided, as well as various scenarios where we would be charged for checking in at a time other than we originally provided. The couch was dirty as well as the extra comforter provided. We took the comforter to a friend's place to wash. The bunk bed was unstable and the floor was cold. Some rugs on the floor would go a long way in the winter months. There was a nespresso machine and hot water kettle but no coffee or tea. Wouldn't hurt to leave guests a few coffees or tea packets at check in to make them feel welcomed.
