The host is very helpful.He explained the details of transportation, sightseeing points etc.with lots of time.Location is in central.Lots of restaurants nearby and close until 23pm. Cosy, spacious,clean apparment.Highly recommended.

I had the best stay in this apartment thanks to the owner Maria, and her son Federico.There was excellent communication between the owners son Federico and myself. He even communicated with me during my stay, to make sure everything was going well. The apartment was immaculate, very well set out, and had everything I could possibly need. The bathroom was modern, with a wonderful big shower, and the kitchen was well equipped. It even had a walk in closet! The washing machine worked well, and they even supplied a clothes airer, iron, and ironing board. The rest was done very tastefully, and I immediately felt very comfortable there, and as a female solo traveller, I felt very safe. The location was absolutely amazing. The personal touch made me feel more than just a customer. Federico even came by, as arranged, on the day I left. He personally called a taxi for me, and stayed with me till the taxi arrived. Thank you so much Maria, and Federico for making me feel very welcome, and comfortable in your fantastic apartment. If I ever return to fabulous Bologna, I will definitely stay there again.

Check in time is a bit late. It was a bit cold in the evening and at night.

Great place in Bologna's cool area. Close to the city center, the jewish neighborhood and many bars and restaurants. Quiet, spacious and clean

the location! and Francesco was an amazing host and lifesaver. i stupidly locked my keys in the apartment and he drove out immediately to let me back in. he also helped me with my luggage and called for a taxi for me and waited for me to get picked up and told the driver where to take me. his service alone was the best I received in Italy! the pictures really don’t do it justice, the apartment was spotless with a huge closet and giant shower (not normal for Italy). everything worked perfectly, was updated, and the bed was comfortable.

there was a strange thing about the garbages, something about never leaving any food waste in the apartment, which made me not want to cook or have any food there. i was only there for 3 days so this didn’t trouble me but if you were staying longer this may be inconvenient.
