"Consigliatissimo"

Ottima posizione a pochi passi dalla stanza e dall’inizio di Via dell’Indipendenza, permette di visitare Bologna senza nessun problema logistico. La casa era tutta nuova, pulitissima, con servizio di cortesia comprensivo di macchinetta del caffè. Consigliatissimo

Habia muy mal olor a cañerías. Y el desayuno que puedes comprar con la tarjeta es escaso.

"Comfortable, clean well located and quiet stay though Breakfast and communication could be improved."

Clean and functional. Comfortable and quiet (a good bonus). The instructions for access (when we found them ) were well described.

Communication with the host about access was awkward as we were not advised it was on WhatsApp. This made it worrying regarding the location and access. To say breakfast was included was a misnomer as two €2.50 vouchers at a decent nearby cafe do not constitute a breakfast! Images of the apartment confused with others by same host.

"Alojamiento muy bien pero el trato no tanto"

Del alojamiento me gustó la limpieza, y la ubicación

No me gustó el trato del personal. Tuve que llamar dos veces para que nos dieran las instrucciones del check-in y pregunté cómo había que hacer para desayunar ( estaba incluido) y nadie me contestó. Es una pena

Tolle Lage, etwas schwer zu finden. Wohnung sehr schön und sauber. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter nur über Whatsapp.

Geruch im Treppenhaus, der Fahrstuhl ist nicht für jeden was. Klappbett (Einzelbett) sehr unbequem. Touristenabgabe (Kurtaxe) ist mit 5,80€ pro Person und Nacht sehr teuer, haben wir in der Höhe noch nicht gehabt.

Posizione molto comoda, appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort.

Si potrebbe migliorare il materasso, ma resta comunque un carattere soggettivo.
