the building and the apartment design. one of the 2 persons in charge was very friendly and helpful

had some long conversations about the late check-in. the fee was not clearly stated in the description or contract and was negociated afterwards. very annoying the lack of transparency.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. They have everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Sylvia was very friendly and helpful in orienting us about the area and made recommendations on places to dine at. Location was excellent!

"Amazing stay in Bologna, can't wait to return!"

Location was excellent for us, between the station and centro storico. Very easy to find and a Coop supermarket at the end of the street. Communication both prior and during our stay was excellent. We really appreciated the little touches like coffee, tea, sugar. Fantastic shower in the second bathroom.
