FamilyBO Apartments Santo Stefano

The location was amazing—lots of markets and key places were very close by. There were many bars outside, but for us it wasn’t a problem; it was actually a bonus! Bologna itself is a great city for hanging out and having fun. The apartment was well-designed, with beautiful windows and rooms. The entrance was a big shock for us—in a good way. It felt like living in a museum. The building was constructed in the 16th century, and the atmosphere, sculptures, and the amazing ceiling were truly unforgettable for us

The only issue was with the water: if you use both bathrooms at the same time, the water pressure isn’t sufficient, and in one of the bathrooms the shower drain has a problem.

Beautiful building and great location!

Nothing! Everything was perfect.

The second bedroom was extremely noisy until very late at night(from bar in laneway) Double glazing and ear plugs didn't help. Moved to fold out couch/bed in living room but although quiet the bed was uncomfortable. Globe in kitchen light not working but I moved lamp from another room to fix the problem.

Houd er rekening mee dat de gezelligheid van de straat in het weekend tot in de vroege uurtjes goed hoorbaar is.

The apartment would suit young people as Santo Stefano has a vibrant atmosphere, lots of parties, loud volume so if one is looking for a quieter stay it would not suit. It’s a lovely grand style apartment fabulous stair case leading up to the first floor. However closer attention to cleaning would be a plus.

Lage prima

Eines der Schlafzimmer ist zur Strasse ausgerichtet und daher Nachts extrem laut da auf der Strasse bis tief in der Nacht gefeiert wird.

The location was amazing. It would be hard to find something better right in the heart of this beautiful city. The apartment was well equipped and spacious. Our hosts were easy to contact whenever we wanted and full of great restaurant suggestions in particular. Very accommodating.

If you like early nights, one of the bedrooms might be a bit too noisy as there’s a bar outside on that side of the building , but the other rooms are quieter.

The location was fantastic - right in the heart of the city. Close proximity to everything. Host super helpful. Beautiful inner courtyard with only be flight of stairs to climb to the well equipped apartment. Check-in and check-out were easy.

The noise (as stated in other reviews) from ally restaurant beside the one bedroom was super loud until 3am every night, except when it rained.

The apartment entrance was a wow factor. Inside was modern and comfortable with a shower room and a spa bath. The bath whilst we were there wasn't working tho they did try and fix it. Its advertised as having a hot tub, which it doesn't. Not an outside one. Even so our stay was wonderful and the people in charge were lovely and helped us out and gave us lots of different advice. It is in an absolutely fantastic spot for lovely eateries and historic venues. We would definitely stay there if we go to Bologna in the future.
