Apartment had everything required, staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

The host is very friendly and helpful. Facilities are working properly, and the view from the apartment is great!

Olga has been an amazing host, she communicated and organized smooth stay.

Everything is good. Note that it is ~2.5km from Autostazione (main bus/train station)

The apartment and the furnitures are functioning but quite “old style”. The parking spot very comfortable and safe. Personal very friendly and helpful.

the breakfast is not included, but there is well-equipped kitchen, and some shops nearby. Plus, right on the other side of the street there is a chinese restaurant/bar where you can find everything ready to be munched.

I dont really have any negative issues came up in this rent.

The host was very enthusiastic. On the day of check-in, she helped us take a taxi, introduced tourist attractions, and prepared cookies for breakfast.

The wifi in the house doesn't work very well.

Warm and cosy for our stay in chilly November weather. Nice bathroom and all super clean. Good location with an easy walk or bus journey into Bolzano

We booked the one bedroom apartment which is quite dark with no balcony

The appartment is close to the centre (you can walk there). It was clean and prepared for stay. I appreciate a positive attitude of owner.

Given the fact, the appartment is prepared for 4/5 people, than would be fine to find more dishes and cups in kitchen. If I am not wrong, also sharp knife was missing. Neither some bowls and extra teapot would be good. Anyway, I do not remember, what exactly I missed, but I think that such things are today quite cheap and available that it is possible to put them in the kitchen. So I would recommend to equip the kitchen and the rate will go up :)
