The apartment looks nice. The facilities were working. Nice garden. Quiet. The apartment is on the ground floor. AC. The restaurant in Zimbali Hotel was close by. We could use swimming pools in Zimbali. Zimbali has a lot of plants and wild animals, its own gated access to the non swimming beach.

Strange smell, like humidity or maybe insect repellent.. we couldn't open windows in the evening for fresh air, as didn't want insects to go in (no nets) Strange rules where it's only possible to enter Zimbali through Western Gate, which is far from the apartment, especially if you are without a car. And if you come with a taxi, you must get a special code much in advance via WhatsApp, as the response takes some time. The south gate is much closer, but it's only allowed to go out through it.. not enter back! Have your ID/QRs all the time with you if you dont want to get stuck :) We didn't know about gate rules. It's not mentioned in the description of the place!!! Electrical outlets. Some of our plugs didn't fit. It was the only place in South Africa where we struggled with El.outlets. The grocery is far.. I have no idea how to shop and later cook in the apartment. We didn't figure it out. Luckily, we didn't stay long.

Too expensive

Arrangements to the mall with a shuttle would be nice which you never could provide or partner with capital.Capital service was over and above exceeded. Well done to Captal.We did not stay with them but they were very helpful.
