Great restaurants, Valley of pools is nice.

Deposit not mentioned when booking. Refund took a week. ENtry/Exit is a nightmare. I had to chase after my deposit. A very big inconvinience. Whole thing felt like a scam. Zimbali treats Suites guests as second class guests who use contractors' entrance and must sign a million forms. Don't even try to get food delivered. Then your car is searched everytime at the gate. Entry and Exit are a pure nightmare. NEVER AGAIN!

"Dirty house… I was so disappointed. It made me uncomfortable"

The whole house was dirty. Kitchen counter, floor, couch, as well as the bath tub. I was extremely disappointed as I ended up cleaning and disinfecting as I was traveling a little one.

It was beautiful and comfortable . Value for money

The cleaning. The cleaners need to up their game. They only clean where your eyes can reach, if you move something, you can see that the cleaning is not done properly . All the rugs are filthy
