Appartamento a Villa Osvalda

Ruim appartement met drie ruime slaapkamers, veel kastruimte en zitplekken. Het was netjes en schoon! Fijne locatie, 12 min lopen naar het centrum. Aardige eigenaar met wie we makkelijk konden communiceren.

Große Wohnung (3 Schlafzimmer mit gemachten Großem Bett) Zentrale Lage Wir bekamen einen Stellplatz für die Fahrräder.

Kommunikation über booking nicht wie gewohnt einfach. Man bekommt eine mailadresse, an die man sich wenden sollte. Ich habe die Adresse angeschrieben und meine handynummer mitgeteilt. Dann klappte es via WhatsApp gut. Das sollte aber eigentlich nicht so sein. Der Vermieter kam dann persönlich und war sehr hilfsbereit und nett.

emplacement , quartier résidentiel,calme mais proche du centre ville a pied. les chambres sont agréables et confortables .

la cuisine serait plus agréable avec un peu plus d équipements ( chaises , vaisselles)mais est tout a fait correcte

The appartment was nice and beautiful and well located.

The owner was quite rude to us and threaten us because we told him so many points of the appartment that we didn't like. The floors under the bed were full of fluff, the kitchen was not clean with plenty of ants in the sink. The towels smelt horrible, the washing machine did not work properly and we had to rewash our clothes in a Laundry and so on. We told him that we were going to write about this situation in booking app and he was so upset that tried to threaten us by sayig to booking that we did a mess in the appartmen and that he was going to call the police.He is a liar. Take care. We took some pictures...and I am sorry for him but I think I have to advice people about this. Just improve the cleaning please. We have been in 8 places in our Dolomites route and had no problem in any of the bookings except the one in Bolzano
