The apartment had everything that you need for a comfortable stay.

Pillows and bedding need to be thrown away. The 1st bedrooms mattrass is broken on the right-hand site - I kept on slipping off the bed. Sliding door handle was broken in first bedroom. Fresh Brown towels were given but it smelt very bad as if folded and stored when wet. The fridge smelled like rotten fish - the pipe leading from inside out were blocked - I cleaned it and smell disappeared. Steps outside were slippery and my 83-year-old dad got injured when falling down a few set of stairs. There were no grip whatso ever on those stairs. I was told that there were only 9 stairs to go onto the beach, but they forgot to tell me that there are 18 stairs to climb down just to get to the braai area and the swimming pool. I asked specifically that I need an apartment with NO stairs!!!! I was misled!!!!!! When I asked why she never told me about the stairs ( and I asked 2 or 3 times) she said that the incoming area (front door) were level. Were my parents supposed to enjoy themselves in the parking area?????? We paid a lot of money for my elderly parents to stay indoors!!!!! Will not trust booking.com again.

The property is situated on a very busy street, and a restaurant / bar opened across the street. Perfect location for young people that want to have a blast. But with small children looking for rest on a family vacation, it was loud and busy in the streets till late night.
