Ballito Manor - Manor Gardens 204 - complex generator

Great location. Always clean and comfortable.

Air-conditioning needed a service when we were there last time. No clear instructions on how to operate air-conditioning systems. No DSTV, you expect all this when staying at a location like Ballito Manor, otherwise I would specify in the description that it is not there.

The location

The room we booked was not smelling nice at all. I had to buy the infuser to make it smell good. The dish cloth was smelling, the old furniture. The second room was very small and stuffy. The room is not clean at all. The smell on the corridor. They don't put enough tissue. The iron was not working, the owner was rude. The plugs on the other room were not working. It was so horrible

Beautiful apartment with sea view. Rooms were nice - 3 bathrooms. Very secure and safe and direct access to the beach.

A/C was not cooling. Washing machine was running when we arrived for a couple of hours and clothes left in it for the cleaner coming the next day, - felt like it wasn’t really ours for the one day we were there. The experience could have been enhanced with tea and coffee available.

The apartment is spacious, equipped and clean, with a lovely view of the sea.
