"Great place, value for money!!!"

The view is great, area has access to everything you need, rooms are spacious and easy walk access to the beach was a plus. If you looking for modern finishes it will not work.... For a group of 10 adults it was đź‘Ś....... Parking was enough

Number of towels for the duration was not enough but that didn't spoil the stay

The administration by Ballito accommodations was great, they managed the bookings and property perfectly đź‘Ť

The home was absolutely great, however I would have like an aircon in the main area of the home as it gets really hot in summer.

"Great location; property needs maintenance"

The location was close to the beach, but you could hear all the parties nearby as you are very close to the centre. It is steep access to the beach, so if you have any mobility issues in your group, there is an access way and parking a little further down comp beach road.

There are some maintenance issues which we mentioned to the office to fix (pool not usable when we arrived, dishwasher not working properly, gate was sticking, dstv access) and some we dealt with (bugs). I would recommend a thorough review of the property to deal with maintenance (cracked tiles, cracked walls, sticking padlock), provision of basic cleaning products and bug spray, and a deep clean to make sure no bugs are lurking behind machines (during our stay they appeared from behind the dishwasher…).

"Amazing location and a beautiful house."

The view is picturesque. The bedrooms are nice and spacious. The lighting is beautiful. Everything is exactly as the pictures.

The couches are in bad condition, the floors were not clean and it was very hard to get to the beach from the back gate. Stairs are really needed. The pool wasn't clean.

"Pleasant"

Location was perfect and convenient to shops and restaurants.

The property can be air out before the guests arrive. Musty smell and floors were sticky. Fan controller switch was faulty and speed couldn't be adjusted. No wifi on the premises. Just better up keeping would make the property more comfortable and pleasant to stay at.
