Ferienwohnung Kaulberg

Für zwei Personen die absolut perfekte Wohnung, denn dann sind alle Räumlichkeiten großzügig. Die Lage ist super, jedoch nur für Menschen geeignet, die gut zu Fuß sind. Man ist sehr schnell in der Altstadt und das erste Restaurant ist ca. drei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das einzige "Problemchen" ist, dass man zum nächsten Lebensmittelladen etwas weiter laufen muss. Ansonsten meiner Meinung nach: Daumen hoch!

Great location, not far from several bus stops ,beer kellers and fantastic breweries in the old town, have stayed here many times. Brilliant host.

Exceptionally clean, perfect location easy walk to the center of the old city. Great kitchen and bathroom.

Would have been good to have a washer/dryer, but we knew this before booking so all ok.

It was OK but Sometimes you have to keep the Windows closed because of Traffic.

The property is an easy 5 minute stroll to the centre of the old town and our host arranged parking for our car very close. Johannes was very easy to contact during our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean with a comfortable large bed, a lovely bathroom with the best shower so far on this trip. The kitchen was well stocked with quality equipment and utensils and the lounge area was large and comfortable. The property is on a reasonably used road but with the double glazed windows it was very quiet. The property is even better than we had expected and we highly recommend it to future travelers.

Great location; short downhill walk to the centre of the old town, cathedral etc. Private parking nearby. Spacious apartment with separate bedroom to living area, good sized kitchen and bathroom, with bath and separate shower. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows, good quality bedding and towels. Especially appreciated provision of coffee for the coffee machines, the swift response when us oldies could not work the TV (maybe leave simple instructions) and the recommendation for supper at Brauerei Greifenklau.
