Convenient location

Very hot and hard to cool down, some dodgy fittings, kitchen tap, window openings, lack of utensils and kitchen equipment ( no can opener no tea towel, no oven glove) and not particularly clean in the kitchen.

Filthy cupboards left with food debris, dirty utensils sticky floors, dirty walls, lamp not working, ceiling bulb not working.

Was clean , beds were comfy, once the windows were shut it was very quiet, showers were nice and powerful. Good location, car park had enough space.

So I was very nervous after agreeing a £100 damage deposit, the front door was unlocked, there’s obvious signs of damage where it looks like it had been kicked in previously. The fan in the bedroom, cover was just on the floor beside it. There was an ornamental tiger which was already damaged with the leg laying beside it. No tea towels or bin bags which I did message about but didn’t hear back unfortunately. I took photos of the damage just in case they try and say these things weren’t already like this. But equally seeing as the apartment wasn’t locked or secure when we turned up it was a little worrying. Another unfortunate issue which I don’t think is the owners fault is the key fob didn’t work for the gym or yoga room, we asked reception to sort it and the gent tried but couldn’t make it work, saying unfortunately the normal guy was away for the weekend so he wasn’t quite sure how to make it work. Just bad luck really.

Easy key collection, good location, parking wasnt an issue. Great facilities.

There were several damaged items in the property and whilst the level of cleaning was good, the oven had not been cleaned - I reported them all to management who agreed to address these in the new year. I had to clean the oven before use.

The apartment was well kept and clean.

The heating never worked in the apartment so was very cold at all times and it was November.

Nice building

When I reach I was given a code to pick up the key from the box when I reach there like 6pm when I open the box there was no keys I couldn't access the building had to call the tenant and he call the building people to let me in once I was in the building I meet a women and a man who showed me to my room there wasn't any heating in the room the central heating wasn't working just the iron rail in the bathroom. I couldn't leave was waiting long for a key was given a fab to access the building from outside not the room so no key for the room had to leave the door on latch to go get food after food coming back when I reach the building I try the fab from the front it wasn't opening the door so I tried from the back no chance I was so lucky someone in the building order takeaway.i call the tenant he couldn't even help me not even with a code to enter the premises. It was the worst day ever. Had to lock the door when I leave early with no idea about getting in later. But check the box when I come back Wednesday evening and there was a fab that works.
