Loved the position in the garden, very well equipped and comfortable. Could happily have stayed longer.

The call button entry wasn't very quick thankfully the heavy rain had stopped when we were trying to get in. If it had still been raining there was nowhere for wet coats to hang.

Perfect location for an event in St Neots.

The place was even better than the picture, all the facilities you need with a beautiful natural surrounding, owner was very kind and flexible. 100%recommend

Nothing to not like

I booked this place through booking.com and I chose to have washer as I am traveling one month around Europe. However, when I checked with the owner she said her washer and dryer was out of order and asked me to cancel booking and she promised to pay me full refund back. Initially I didn’t as I was busy traveling and have no time to find another place to stay st Bedford and I thought I just have to wash my clothes in nearby laundry. However, the very morning on 28/5/2025 8am itself, I received another message from the owner asking me to cancel booking and she promised to refund me back full amount. I have no choice but to find another place to stay but I found out I can’t cancel the booking as I will be charged £150. It is not fair to me to do so. So I called the owner Tom and he blamed me for canceling my stay last minute and he couldn’t rent it out but promised to sort out with booking.com. I waited few days and I texted him again and I think he cancelled the booking. But I haven’t seen any refund back.
