Absolutely awful. While sitting in Belfast at 1.30 I got a message on booking.com that my booking was cancelled. No alternatives or support offered. It took 3 days to get my money back and a further week to get my deposit. Disgraceful.

"Excellent. Would return preferably with only needing the sofa bed as a sofa and not a bed."

Location mainly.. near lots of cafes & easy access into city centre. Well laid out & equipped, very rooms & bright. Access & key codes all very easy.

Sofa bed not very comfortable but the beds were extremely comfortable.
