"Would book again"

Location was great and a lovely cottage Breakfast basket was great as was the credit for the local hotel

Only upset was, it is on a main street so you hear the traffic at night a bit more

Everything - location, amenities , comfortable beds, great breakfast ,amazing attention to detail - lovely art work 'Plus a food voucher !One of the best b&b's I have ever stayed in . "A lovely place to stay"

The house is comfortable, well equipped and handy to everything. It’s in a nice neighbourhood. It’s walking distance from the Arts precinct, parks, eateries and central Bendigo but also has convenient off street parking. While it was nice and cosy in July, we’ve also found it to be a cool oasis when we have stayed in February. There were generous provisions for making one’s own breakfast. We appreciated the efforts the owners made to make the property fairly environmentally sustainable.

No downsides at all.

Upon entering this delightful cottage it was evident it was much loved and cared for thus making it very welcoming. Attention to detail and the generous offering of breakfast ingredients etc were very much appreciated. Well located, tastefully decorated, beautifully appointed, heating exceptional.
