A really great location. Very spacious and clean apartment. You have everything what you need to live. Fully equipped kitchen, eating are, sofa with smart tv, wlan, aircondition, washmachine. Supermarket very close, beach by a short walk. Very lovely owner. Lalith and his wife are so friendly and helpflul. I highly recommend City Beach Apartment!

Great host who is willing to help whatever way he can. perfect place for a retreat.

i was not comfortable with the bed but as soon as I told the owner, he changed it in 1 hour! never expected to be that prompt as it may be just my preferences.

Really great property for stay at such a reasonable price. It was a very comfortable stay for our family. Property is 10 minutes walking to Bentota beach (3 minutes by car). It is a full apartment with spacious rooms and kitchen inside. All the rooms were spotless and clean. This was our best stay in Srilanka, by far given the apartment size, cleanliness and location.

I loved this property. I travel to Bentota every 6 months and it’s the best place I’ve stayed. Ultra clean property with all the amenities you need, including washing machine, iron and proper pressure hot shower. Lalith and his wife are superstar hosts that will make you feel at home. Very peaceful place walking distance to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! I can’t wait to go back!

Located just 100 metres from the Colombo Road, near a lovely cluster of shops including English language newspaper stand (run by a smiley elderly gentleman), pizza restaurant, Cargill supermarket, fruit and vegetable stalls, etc. Just a short walk or tuktuk ride from the river and centre of town (200-300 rps). Peaceful, secure and quiet. The owner communicates well and is most courteous and proactive. The apartment is fully equipped and makes a great home-base for travelers. Exceptional.
