Location, facilities and hosts were great

All was good & jo complaints. The garden gate was broken which was a little tricky and the inside lock was a bit too stiff to turn . Didnt cause us any problems.

We had stopped before and this time again it did not disappoint

The beds were very comfortable. The decor was good. If there are 6 people staying, it is good value but not otherwise.

The general level of cleanliness left a lot to be desired. It is an old property and needs a thorough clean top to bottom for each booking (removing cobwebs and dirt and mould). I have given feedback to the owner and made suggestions for improvements.

Lovely and cozy cottage, beautifully decorated with a fun flamingo theme. Very clean, well-equipped, and dog-friendly. Great location close to West Midlands Safari Park. Quiet area, perfect for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

The only downside to our stay was the cleanliness — we noticed some dust, cobwebs, and stained carpets, which made the cottage feel like it hadn’t been fully cleaned before our arrival. It’s such a lovely place with great potential, so with a bit more attention to detail in the cleaning, it would be absolutely perfect.
